Helen Flanagan is known for her open and honest Instagram posts about her journey as a mum. And in her latest unflinching update she shared about 'co-sleeping' with her son Charlie.
Helen, 31, posted about 'mum life' in a candid Instagram Story, telling fans she woke up 'covered in baby poo' after sharing a bed with her youngest child who recently turned one. The actress, who plays Coronation Street favourite Rosie Webster, shared a picture of herself as she went makeup free while hoping to take a break after hunting down missing glasses belonging to her eldest child Matilda, six.
And she told her one million followers she still needed to make the bed after the mishap with Charlie. "On a hunt to find Matilda's glasses again," she wrote.

"She either breaks them or loses them and I still need to make the bed after Charlie's pooed in it. Woke up covered in baby poo as I co sleep."
Helen signed off by saying: "Aim to sit down in 10 and watch something #mumlife." The star from Bury also shared a picture of herself cuddling with her three-year-old daughter Delilah, saying "she's so beautiful."
The actress from Bury recently spoke out about suffering from the pregnancy condition Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Helen, who is engaged to Preston footballer Scott Sinclair, previously said that their third baby would be her last after suffering from the condition which causes severe nausea and vomiting, which she's had during all her pregnancies.
In her latest post about the condition, with a picture of Charliet enjoying a vegetarian sausage, she said she stopped eating meat because of HG. She wrote: "Started to eat sausages (vegetarian I can't deal with meat - I had hyperemesis with each baby and I went off meat so much never really liked it before)."
Helen receives messages from other mums struggling with HG and has urged them to get help. She wrote: "Hyperemesis I get so many direct messages about ... I really struggled with it... mentally as well as it makes you feel so low."
She explained: "I hated not being able to look after my children when I was ill with Charlie. I would just constantly throw up even lights would make me feel sick and I stayed with my parents for about three months.
"I would defo say just get medical help. Medication can help that the doctors prescribe for hyperemesis. You have to rest and you have to help help x"
She has previously told how she would be 'sad' to stop breastfeeding because of Charlie is likely to be her last baby because of HG. "Charlie's highly likely my last and I do think it's so special and I love the bonding," she said.
And she wrote: "I am under no illusion that there will be times that I find juggling three children challenging. I find the first month of having a newborn quite overwhelming but that’s fine to feel that way.
"I am very grateful to be blessed with three babies. This will be my last pregnancy due to Hyperemesis Gravidarum but I have so many pictures of my pregnancies for memories."
Last week revealed that all three of her children had been ill with scarlet fever. She confirmed their diagnosis on Instagram with a photo of her three-year-old daughter Delilah sleeping.
