Heinz have decided to serve up a spooky twist with a brand new Halloween-themed condiment that has sent shoppers wild - with some even saying it sounds "yummy."
It's a well-known fact that we Brits love anything which features the Heinz label, whether it be their beloved Baked Beanz or Tomato Ketchup. In fact, we're such huge fans that we'll try out any of their interesting combinations, including the new Baked Beanz Filled Hash Browns from Iceland.
And it looks like the food brand has done it once again, as it has decided to get their legions of fans into the spooky spirit by launching their very first - and very scary - Black Garlic Mayo.
Officially unleashed in Asda stores right now across the country, the gothic-themed condiment is priced at just £2 and will be available in three limited-edition bottles - skeleton, pumpkin and vampire.
Described as "deliciously smooth and creamy", Heinz's fang-tastic new condiment combines its vegan mayonnaise with the rich, tangy and slightly sweet flavour of black garlic.
News of the new spooky treat was shared to the foodie Snack Reviews Facebook page and the comments section was full of members tagging their friends and going wild for it.
The caption for the new treat read: "Heinz Scarily Good Black Garlic Mayo now at ASDA."
And it's good news that none of us are actually vampires, as the post quickly went viral among foodie members who said that they couldn't wait to get their hands on one of the spooky new bottles.
"Need to try these wow", exclaimed one shopper.
"We so need this bad, Yummy Yum", replied a second.
"Scared and intrigued", admitted a third.
"Omfg I want", raved a fourth.
"My two favourite things combined", commented a fifth.
While a sixth excited shopper replied: "TAKE MY GODDAMN MONEY!"
Katharina Kern, Brand Manager at Heinz, said: “We’re feeling extra spooky here at Heinz with the launch of our devilishly delicious [Scarily] Good Black Garlic Mayo and we can’t wait for our Heinz fans to experience a spooktacular new creation this Halloween. Our fang-tastic new Black Garlic Mayo is so good, even vampires can’t resist it!”.
Heinz limited-edition [Scarily] Good Black Garlic Mayo (£2) is available in Asda stores for a hauntingly limited-time.
