Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have welcomed their second child, after pregnancy struggles.
The reality TV star, 36, gave birth to a baby boy yesterday morning and both mum and baby and "happy and healthy", according to her agent.
The Hills star Spencer, 39, and Heidi, who tied the knot in 2008, became parents for the first time back in 2017 after welcoming their son Gunner, now five.
Now the couple say they're thrilled to make Gunner a 'big brother' after their previous trouble to conceive.
"Heidi delivered a baby boy at 11:31 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, weighing 7 lb. and 9 oz.," confirmed the couple's representatives.
They told Entertainment Tonight: "It was an easy birth that took around 45 minutes. Mom and baby are happy and healthy."
Spencer later confirmed the news himself after sharing a news article on his Instagram.
They have both been very vocal over the years about their plans to give son Gunner a sibling, detailing their fertility issues.
Heidi had tried everything to increase her chances of getting pregnant again, including a hysteroscopic polypectomy procedure in 2021.
In a desperate attempt earlier this year, she turned to eating raw liver and bison heart.
"I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half. I’m willing to try different things," she told People in March this year.
Just three months later she announced her pregnancy, telling her Instagram followers how she cried "hysterically" over her positive test.
She explained: "Gunner asked me why I was crying and I told him I was so happy because he is going to be a big brother!
"To say we are all thrilled is an understatement. I am so thankful! We are so excited for the journey ahead. I have been hoping and praying for this moment for so long!"
Heidi has well documented her pregnancy progress, sharing regular updates on her social media – from camping holidays to trips at Disneyland.
"Definitely getting bigger faster with the second baby," she posted earlier in June.
