Popular Heavenly Desserts could be set for a new spot in Glasgow city centre after plans to transform a vacant interiors store were submitted to the council.
Glasgow Live has recently featured Heavenly Desserts on the site after they opened up within a unit at Silverburn, which has proven to be a popular addition to the shopping centre.
The 'luxury' dessert cafe has stores across the UK - including one in Edinburgh - but the city centre site would be the second in Glasgow.

Proposals show the intention to turn the Bo Concept shop at 257 Sauchiehall Street into a new food and drink spot.
The documents state the desire to change the entrance and signage at the unit, with the likes of milkshakes, cakes, sundaes, coffee, smoothies, and mocktails set to be served up.
For a full look at the plans - which are currently being considered by council planners - you can visit the Glasgow City Council website here.
With 38 stores across the UK, Heavenly Desserts' extensive menu consists of artisan sweet treats "made with love". Think waffles, milkshakes and cookie dough, and even warm apple doughnuts with spiced custard and pistachio milk cake.
Their new Silverburn eatery offers indoor and outdoor dining for up to 100 customers.
