Heathrow boss blames TikTok trend for passengers skipping queues by pretending to need wheelchairs

Airline passengers are skipping queues at Heathrow by pretending to need a wheelchair after watching a video on TikTok, the airport’s boss has claimed.

John Holland-Kaye accused passengers of adding to the recent travel chaos by requesting special assistance in order to “try and get fast-tracked”.
