The postponed cinch Premiership clash between Hearts and St Mirren will be played on Wednesday December 21, it has been announced.
The original fixture scheduled for September 10 was called off following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth after all professional games up and down the country were stopped in a mark of respect for the late monarch. And now the SPFL have pencilled in the league fixtures for later in the season, with Robbie Neilson 's side now set to welcome the Buddies in a midweek in December at Tynecastle.
The game will be played in the capital on Wednesday, December 21. Kick-off is at 7.45pm. Hearts have stated that original match tickets will remain valid, with fans provided the option for a refund if they can no long make the rescheduled fixtures. The announcement comes as a number of other cancelled clashes have been pencilled in for later dates in the season. However, there are two games yet to be rearranged.
