Hearts have kicked out an offer for Toby Sibbick from the English Championship, according to a report.
The Jambos star scored a cheeky lob in the Scottish Cup Edinburgh derby triumph over Hibs at Easter Road to secure a fifth round tie with Hamilton after scoring the third in a 3-0 win in their capital rivals' own backyard. It was the second time Robbie Neilson's men beat the Hibees in 2023 already.
The 23-year-old has played a key role for the Tynecastle club with his performances turning his fortunes at the club around and making him a fans' favourite. His fine form has attracted the interests of Blackpool but The Scottish Sun report that the Gorgie side have rejected a six-figure offer and they have no desire to sell the stopper this month.

The report continues that they are unlikely to change their stance unless a massive bid is placed before the transfer window slams shut. Craig Halkett is ruled out for the season with James Hill already arriving in this window to add to the ranks alongside Kye Rowles - who has just penned a new five-year deal - and Sibbick with Neilson's desire to add further depth not lose any key players in that position.
Speaking after his goal in the derby win over Hibs, he told Hearts TV : “It’s amazing. I don’t think we played our best football today, it was a difficult game, but I think taking the lead settled the nerves a bit. Me and Cheesy always talked about me scoring, especially after I was ruled out in the last derby. Luckily it came today, and I’m delighted.
“I think we saw it against Aberdeen as well; we weren’t at our best but team spirit is high at the moment and we know that we’re a solid team that’s hard to break down. We’ll keep taking each game as it comes and keep wanting to win.
“I screamed at Humps that we were in for my goal. He slides me in, I take a heavy touch but deal with, and yeah. Just a cheeky chip, innit?”
