Heartbroken John Bishop feeling 'pain like no other' as his beloved mum Kathy dies

Comedian John Bishop says he is experiencing a "pain like no other" after the death of his mum, Kathy.

Fans rushed to support the TV presenter after he announced his loss, only two weeks after his mum sang along during John's performance in theatre production Mother Goose.

John , 56, shared the news on Instagram, posting a picture of himself and Kathy smiling at a kitchen table, his arm around her. He also posted a video of Kathy singing along at the pantomine in the Liverpool Empire, where John performed.
