A heartbreaking photo of dumped dog chained to a pole in the 'freezing' weather has left dog owners furious and "angry".
People have taken to slam whoever left their pup in the 1C temperatures as "cruel", saying they hope "the poor thing will find a loving home that he deserves".
The "terrified" animal was found tied to a pole outside a West Midlands fire station, with only a water bottle in front of him.
