This is the heartbreaking moment Princess Charlotte bid goodbye to her great-grandmother, the Queen. The youngster, 7, was spotted weeping and wiping away tears from her eyes as she was comforted by her brother Prince George, 9, and mum Kate, The Princess of Wales.
Emotions also ran high for little George as he was seen lookin upset during the service at Westminster Abbey.
George and Charlotte joined their parents, Kate and William, and other members of the royal family for the state funeral of Her Majesty today, to bid farewell to their beloved "Gan Gan". Their younger brother, Prince Louis, 4, was absent from the service.
As Queen Elizabeth's coffin entered the Abbey, Charlotte appeared to tell George "you need to bow". Charlotte then brought back memories of her great-grandmother as she pointed with her finger, just like the Queen was well known for doing.
George did follow his sister's advice, as he was seen bowing his head as a sign of respect to Her Majesty when her coffin began to drive off.
Many royal fans took to Twitter to praise the two young royals for how they conducted themselves during the funeral.
