A "one in a million" sister would do anything for anyone before she tragically died.
Sarah Inusa was just 41 when she found a new lump on her breast during the covid lockdown in 2020. Tests soon showed she had breast cancer and she was immediately sent for reconstruction surgery and chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
But in March last year, after she began to experience pain in her neck and "floating in her eyes", a visit to the optician soon led to a devastating diagnosis. Sarah's cancer had returned and had spread to her brain. Undergoing another gruelling operation, Sarah was then given medication but in July 2022, she was told it had spread further into her spinal fluid.

Sarah was told earlier this year that her condition was terminal and she was placed on palliative care. But shortly after, she tragically died at the age of 43 surrounded by her loved ones on March 11, 2023.
Now, her grieving family have paid a heart-warming tribute to the much-loved woman from Tranmere, and have highlighted the "incredible work" of Maggie's Wirral. Maggie's is a charity that helps people with cancer, and their families, right across the UK.
Sarah's sister, Lynn McEntee, told the ECHO: "She was always smiling, she did anything for everyone. She worked at Arrowe Park as a pharmacy technician before she moved to Clatterbridge, she just loved helping people.
"She organised everything, from birthdays to Christmases, we've had some fantastic family holidays together and we always spent time together as a family. She truly was one in a million."
Lynn herself has also been diagnosed with cancer, as has her brother Peter, who both are receiving support from Maggie's. Speaking about the support, Lynn added: "They are incredible, they've helped us so much, it's unreal, and it's a charity.
"It's not a case of going up there and that's that, there's different people there that specialise in different things and there is a massive support for you as a patient but also your loved ones or even if you just want general support or information. It's a place where you can go and not be judged."
In Sarah's memory, the family is raising funds for Maggie's, something which Sarah also did while she was alive. Lynn said: "Me and Sarah started raising money for Maggie's and we thought she would love the fact that we have carried this on. For her funeral we asked for donations and raised over £800 just from that which proves everyone did that for her."
Sarah, who lost her son when he was just five day's old in 2015, will "be loved and missed by so many" as hundreds attended her funeral on Monday. Lynn added: "It is nice for us as a family to carry on this fundraising in her memory.
"I would advise anyone who has cancer to get in touch with their nearest Maggie's, there's a couple of centre's around, the staff are amazing and you get lots of help and support, they can also point you in the right direction.
"But also to check your bodies, Sarah was only 41 when she was diagnosed so it's important to check when you're younger and not just when you're over 50."
Sarah leaves behind her loving husband Kady, siblings Lynn, Peter and Catherine, her parents and many family and friends. Anyone wishing to donate in Sarah's memory can do so here. More information about Maggie's can be found by clicking here.
