This heartbreaking picture shows an adorable dog abandoned on the streets - with a bag full of toys and a harrowing note from her owner.
The Mirror reports that the dog, known as Baby Girl, was tied to a fire hydrant by their former keeper before being rescued by the Humane Society.
Although the animal rescue has not shared the owner's note, they explained how she wasn't able to meet her pet's needs due to the dog's and her own health concerns.
