Health warning issued after Kinder Surprise treats linked to salmonella

Kinder Ferrero Food Standards Scotland FSA UKHSA

Chocolate fans have been warned not to eat certain Kinder products that have been linked to a salmonella outbreak.

The Food Standards Agency, along with Food Standards Scotland, are advising consumers not to eat choccie treats with best before dates between July 11, 2022 and October 7, 2022.

This is in connection with a potential link to a salmonella outbreak, and a number of the cases have been young children.
