HUMZA Yousaf came in for praise as he showed off his football skills to some youngsters in Glasgow.
A video circulating on social media shows Scotland’s First Minister doing some keepy-ups before backheeling the ball to one of the children watching him.
“He’s good man”, was the shout from one of those watching as one Twitter user commented that Yousaf had been given the “seal of approval” from the “weans of Govan”.
Yousaf himself also re-tweeted the clip with the caption: “Just waiting for the call-up @ScotlandNT…

“Another gorgeous day in Govan.”
The Scotland men’s team are due to play in two European Championship qualifiers later this month.
They take on Norway away from home on June 17 before returning to Hampden for a clash with Georgia on June 20.
They got off to a flying start in their campaign with a 3-0 win over Cyprus and a historic 2-0 victory against Spain.
Many others also took to Twitter to praise the skills on display with one commenting: “That backheel, fair play to him.”
Others jokingly asked Yousaf if he wanted to play for their team, with one suggesting the First Minister would be a good fit for the right-back position at Falkirk.
Someone even joked that Yousaf needed to work on his skills with his left foot. “They might be good but can they do it in a suit and tie”, one person asked.
