Manchester United fans have been reacting to the news that the club are monitoring both Rasmus Hojlund and Randal Kolo Muani.
The Manchester Evening News understands that Erik ten Hag is keeping tabs on both forwards ahead of a summer recruitment drive. Hojlund scored five goals for Denmark in their two Euro 2024 qualifiers this international break, adding to the 14 club goals he’s tallied this term.
Muani has netted 16 goals for Frankfurt this season and started both wins over the Netherlands and the Republic of Ireland for France albeit failed to find the net. Many remember the 24-year-old for his last-gasp shot that was saved by Argentina goalkeeper Emi Martinez deep into added time in the World Cup final.

He had earlier won the penalty that sparked France’s comeback and kept his composure to fire home his spot-kick in the shootout. However, United fans are adamant about which player they would rather see in a United jersey.
Many took to Twitter to dream about Hojlund’s arrival, with some suggesting Ten Hag should still punt for him even if they do manage to land top target Harry Kane.

@edwardsjaino: It's project Hojlund then.
@EgoCityGaming: Should get Hojlund regardless of if we get Kane or not, he wants to play for us and he’s gonna be a superstar.
@1_8_7_8: We need Kane + Højlund/Kolo-Muani, not one or the other.
