Oasis star Noel Gallagher was serenaded by an entire restaurant when Wonderwall started playing as he sat down for dinner with his wife and son. The musician held his head to his hands as fans at the beachside spot in Ibiza clapped and sang along to the 1995 hit.
Sharing a video of the impromptu performance on Twitter, @BeardedGenius wrote: "I love how much he hates this. Like seeing Peter Kay on holiday and shouting GARLIC BREAD repeatedly an inch away from his face".
In the clip, originally shared on TikTok by @melisse2211, diners can be seen standing around the restaurant clapping their hands and taking videos on their phones as Wonderwall blasts out from the speakers. Noel, 55, sat with wife Sara MacDonald and their son, looked uncomfortable but clapped his fans as the song came to an end before carrying on with his conversation. Sara, meanwhile, laughed along as she filmed the awkward moment.

Fans took to the comment section of the tweet to share their thoughts on the performance, the Mirror reports. One user said: "He looks fairly good-humoured about it actually, all things considered," while another added: "He just went on to grab his beer quick."
Some thought it was 'cringey' to serenade the singer while he was trying to enjoy a family meal. "So cringey," one user said along with a laughing emoji, while another added: "Christ almighty let the man have a holiday."
Another posted: "Why does everyone there seem to think it’s a beautiful tribute to him that he’ll 100% love? Talk about self-unaware."
Noel recently sang Wonderwall to a giant crowd of people when he treated the Glastonbury audience to the Oasis classic. The singer-songwriter took to the Pyramid Stage in June with his High Flying Birds. He performed some new tracks, as well as some very familiar ones.
