West Yorkshire Police are asking for public help to find Hayley James, who was last seen leaving St James's Hospital in Leeds.
Hayley, 35, has been referred to as a high-risk missing person by officers and is described as being 5ft 2in tall with a thin build and shoulder-length black curly hair.
She is also believed to be wearing a grey hoodie and black leggings, but no shoes.
