Handcuffed outside a Greenville bar, Brian Hickerson was filmed accusing police of leaking information about the death of his on‑off girlfriend Hayden Panettiere, shouting that 'GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died' as officers restrained him outside Wild Wing Cafe.
The incident unfolded on Saturday, 12 September, after Greenville police responded to a reported assault at the restaurant, detaining Hickerson at the scene and later arresting his brother Zach.
