Hayden Panettiere’s ex makes stunning claim about her death while handcuffed in bar

  • Police responded to the Greenville bar after Hickerson reportedly threw a bar stool, resulting in his release and his brother Zach's arrest for disorderly conduct.
  • Panettiere died at age 36 on August 16 in a Greenville apartment after being found unconscious on a couch by Brian and Zach Hickerson.
  • According to police reports and statements from Zach, Brian administered Narcan to Panettiere before emergency services arrived and later turned over a bag of her medications to investigators.
  • An autopsy showed no signs of trauma, and authorities are currently investigating the cause of Panettiere's death to determine if criminal conduct was involved.
