With Bonfire night approaching, an expert is warning motorists that it is illegal to buy and transport too many fireworks unless you hold a valid registration or licence to do so.
Graham Conway, Managing Director at Select Car Leasing warns drivers that if they are caught travelling with in excess of 50kg of fireworks, it could lead to hefty punishments.
Select’s Conway says, “Drivers can be punished with a £300 fine, six penalty points and invalidated insurance cover if they don’t follow the rules.
