Sue Tribe said: “Support more independent shops. Make it different to every other city with the same big companies.
“Develop an art quarter, a food quarter etc. Do it properly.

MagpiesRuleOK said: “Revive the old architecture. Green areas, parks, atmosphere. It’s grey and horrid.”
Chris Redfern said: “Get rid of all those pigeons! There are flocks of them at the moment during the day and fly like a swarm all over where people sit and walk.”
Joseph Leivers said: “Clean it!” Peter Savage said he wanted to see “more shops, less drunks”.
Others really didn’t hold back, saying: “Knock it down. Start again.”
