Adam Rowe will be joined by some of the best comedy acts from across Europe as he hosts a stand-up comedy event ahead of Eurovision.
The Have A Word podcaster will compere Stand Up For Eurovision on Thursday, May 4. Eight comedians will join Adam, who is known for his self-deprecating humour, on stage at Mountford Hall.
Tickets for the event cost £5, including booking fee, and will go on sale on Ticket Quarter tomorrow, Thursday, April 20, at 12pm. Up to two tickets can be purchased.

Adam said: "I’m made up to be hosting Stand Up for Eurovision and it’s set to be an unmissable night of comedy. It’s a brilliant opportunity to get comedians from across the world together on one stage and be part of the epic Eurovision city takeover."
Director of Culture Liverpool, Claire McColgan CBE, said: “Liverpool is known for many things – its music, culture and of course its sense of humour, so when we were planning our host city offer, we knew that we needed some comedy.
"It’s a great way to get into the Eurovision spirit as we welcome our international friends to the city and share in the international language of laughter."

Stand Up For Eurovision is an 18+ only event. Doors open at 7pm.
