Sigrid Haugset will go into Tuesday's fourth stage individual time trial at the Women's Tour de France sporting the race leader's yellow jersey, after a dazzling ride to claim Monday's third stage.

The 27-year-old Norwegian rider made her break for glory with 85km remaining of the 156.5km course between Geneva and Poligny in south-eastern France.
