A hotel room in one of the most haunted cities in the UK is so creepy that guests must sign a disclaimer before they can enter.
Ye Olde Kings Head on Lower Bridge Street in Chester, is said to be home to several ghosts that are haunting the building, and dates back to 1622. It has made headlines in recent months due to its spooky activity, one of which saw a rocking chair moving by itself.
But there is one room in particular that only experienced paranormal investigators can get to, and even they have to sign a disclaimer first, CheshireLive reports. In room eight lives The Grace doll in a special glass case, but it is not your average doll.

It is said to be the UK's most haunted artefact and a special camera has been set up to monitor it 24/7. But since it's arrival earlier this month, people are said to have been struggling to stay in the room, with some only lasting up to three minutes and some even recorded experiencing their eyes burning.
Paranormal investigator Danny Moss, one of the team behind My Haunted Hotel at Ye Olde Kings Head, said: "Since it arrived in January we've already had people really struggling to stay in room eight. It seems to really affect men rather than women.
"We've had men go in there and they can't look at it. They feel anxious and have to get out, struggling to last even three minutes. People are hearing the sound of three knocks which is meant to signify the mocking of the Holy Trinity. Some people have also experienced their eyes burning.
"That happened to me a few years ago when we kept it at Tatton Old Hall. I heard an entity say 'burn' and I said 'what?' and my eyes felt like someone was chopping onions. We've got video footage showing people really scared to go into that room and others with noises coming from it.
"There are a set of rules outside room eight, including people having to call out an audio disclaimer before they're even allowed in. Room eight is only open to experienced people. For people who've not done this before it could be dangerous."
The hotel has gained reputation over the years for its paranormal activity and has even featured on TV show, Most Haunted as well as Sky Pick's Paranormal. It was bought by paranormal enthusiast Harry Achilleos 15 years ago and his dream has been to turn it into a top dark tourism destination, due to its spooky reputation.
Harry added that the Grace doll in the building has taken My Haunted Hotel to a "whole new level". He has since installed a series of infrared cameras around the Grade II Listed building in a bid to monitor any unusual activity, which has ranged from eerie mists to poltergeist activity in the bar.
With many spooky artefacts on display, including a doll called Willow on display in a glass case in the bar, those brave enough can book an overnight stay. The hotel has many spooky stories to share. For more on the evidence captured from the hotel, which has six horror-themed bedrooms available for hire for overnight ghost hunts, visit the My Haunted Hotel website.
Other spooky artefacts include a portrait of an unknown young boy called 'The Boy' which results in guests being "overwhelmed with emotion" as well as a ventriloquist doll called Bob.
Bob came with a handwritten letter from the mum of a son who was "apparently weirdly obsessed with it" and reported to have seen it move and speak. Danny added: "Everyone loves haunted stuff and this location has become the number one place for paranormal enthusiasts to visit. We've had people come from across the UK and around the world to visit."
