Just two years ago, Austin Reaves was seemingly an afterthought in the world of pro basketball. He made his way onto the Los Angeles Lakers as an undrafted free agent, and it wasn’t a certainty he would permanently make their roster.
He not only made their roster, but he moved into their rotation quite early in the 2021-22 campaign. This season, he became a very good and highly efficient player, so much so that he’s considered the third-best player on the team.
