KURUKSHETRA: The family members of a Kurukshetra resident have framed an allegation of torturing their kin against the crime investigation agency (CIA) of district police in a case related to purchasing of stolen mobile.
Rohtash of Krishna Nagar Gamdi, Thanesar alleged that the CIA officials thrashed him so much in their custody that his thigh bone got fractured and he is presently undergoing treatment at LNJP civil hospital in Thanesar, Kurukshetra.
