Haryana: Case of illegal mining registered in Bilaspur, Yamunanagar

Mining Yamunanagar Bilaspur Haryana Rajiv Police

YAMUNANAGAR: The police have registered a case of illegal mining on panchayat land at Bhattuwala village in Bilaspur sub-division of Haryana's Yamunanagar district.

On the complaint of Rajiv, district mining and geology officer (DMGO), Yamunanagar, a case (310/2022) was registered against unknown people under Section 379 (theft) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 21 (1) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation of Development) Act at Bilaspur police station on August 16.
