GREATER NOIDA: A gang of four people allegedly kidnapped a 23-year-old man last week and dumped him near Faridabad after snatching his car. He has alleged that the Haryana Police initially refused to file a complaint claiming that the incident had taken place in Uttar Pradesh, but eventually a case was filed at Surajpur police station after three days.
Vaibhav Mishra is a resident of Purvanchal Heights society in Greater Noida, police said. His father, BK Singh, who is the vice-president of operations at a private university in Sonipat told TOI that on March 8, his son had gone out for a haircut and was on his way back home when the incident took place.
