Harvard University has agreed to a landmark $53 million class-action settlement to resolve explosive civil lawsuits stemming from a grotesque security breach at its prestigious medical school morgue.

At the centre of the Harvard morgue body parts scandal is Cedric Lodge, the former manager of the school's Anatomical Gift Programme morgue in Boston.
