Thousands of fans were left disappointed in their bid to buy the affordable general admission tickets to see Harry Styles at Slane Castle next year.
The former One Direction star will be bringing his Love on Tour concert to the iconic Co Meath venue on June 10, 2023. Tickets for the newly-announced dates went on sale yesterday morning at 10am and were priced from €97.10 plus booking fees on ticketmaster.ie.
As expected, the general admission passes flew out the door and now many Irish fans are calling for more dates to be added because “the demand is huge”. There are premium tickets still available online for Gold Circle and Pit access.

Official Platinum tickets are being sold at €250.00–€330.00 each. One fan wrote: “Looks like Harry Styles #Slane general admission tickets are sold out and there are only premium tickets available for the pods or gold circle.”
Another wrote: “Gold circle and pod tickets are still there, but who is actually paying that much for a concert these days?” Meanwhile, it seems there are many people who purchased tickets only to sell them on.
Twitter was flooded with people offering them “for face value,” moments after they snapped them up. One begrudged fan wrote: “Why is everyone selling their Harry Styles tickets, why did you buy them in the first place. Raging.”
Earlier this week, Slane Castle owner Lord Henry Mountcharles defended that Styles was playing at the iconic rock venue. Speaking on the Brendan O’Connor Show, he said: “I think he is the only man to have graced the front page of Vogue, and at the same time he is a very serious artist.
“What I do admire is he takes his craft very seriously.”
