Harry Styles has revealed he stepped away from music because he was 'a little bit in my head' and struggling with the pressure of constantly being confronted with other people's perceptions of him.

The 32-year-old said the hiatus was essential to recalibrate how he saw himself and return to 'living from the inside out' ahead of his return to music and touring in 2026.
