Former manager Harry Redknapp has tipped Eberechi Eze to get back to his best now Roy Hodgson has returned to Crystal Palace.
Hodgson replaced Patrick Vieira during the recent international break and won his first match in charge, Saturday's 2-1 win over Leicester City also being the team's first win in 2023.
Eze played a key role in the win at Selhurst Park, his free-kick was inadvertently turned in off goalkeeper Daniel Iversen's back to draw Palace level after Ricardo Pereira put the visitors ahead.

Though Eze did not feature for Jean-Philippe Mateta's late winner, his performance during the duration of the match earned him a spot in Redknapp's Premier League team of the week.
The former QPR winger was signed by Hodgson during his first stint in charge at Selhurst Park, scoring four goals and providing six assists during the 2020/21 season.
Through 29 games this campaign, Eze has scored the same number of goals while contributing three assists and Redknapp believes the 24-year-old will improve under the newly appointed Palace boss.
"That was a massive win for Palace and Eberechi Eze was right at the heart of it," Redknapp told BetVictor. "I’ve always liked this lad, but he’s had a difficult season. It was Roy who first signed him for Palace though, and I can see him getting right back to his best now. He’s got great quality on the ball and like all the top players, he always looks like he’s got time on the ball."
Redknapp's team consisted of three Newcastle United players in Kieran Tripper, Dan Burns and Bruno Guimares, a trio of Man City stars in Jack Grealish, John Stones and Julian Alvarez, Aston Villa duo Emi Martinez and Tyrone Mings, West Ham's Nayef Aguerd and Arsenal's Gabriel Jesus.
