Harry Redknapp and Alan Shearer make Aaron Ramsdale Arsenal point but disagree on Martin Odegaard

Arsenal continued their memorable Premier League campaign over the weekend with their 15th league win in 18 games. Mikel Arteta's side earned their first win at Tottenham since 2014 yesterday with a five-star performance against their north London rivals.

Martin Odegaard's eighth goal of the season after Hugo Lloris' early howler set the Gunners on their way at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as they defeated their rivals 2-0. Antonio Conte's men never really threatened the result in another uninspiring performance.

Aaron Ramsdale secured his ninth league clean sheet of the season on Sunday, placing him above Manchester United's David de Gea in second. Ramsdale was quick off his line to deny Son Heung-min in the first half before denying compatriot Harry Kane with a glancing header.

His performance inbetween the sticks has warranted plenty of praise from pundits around the footballing world, including Harry Redknapp and Alan Shearer, who included the goalkeeper in their Premier League team of the week. The former Tottenham manager spoke highly of the England international when talking to BetVictor, he said: "We've got some good English keepers at the minute, and Aaron Ramsdale is one of them.

"He's been a brilliant signing for Arsenal since he signed last season. He's a modern goalkeeper, his distribution is usually top-class. I really like his leadership though, he made some huge saves yesterday, particularly in the second half."

However, whilst Shearer did include Odegaard in his team, Redknapp opted against including the Arsenal playmaker. Instead, he named Manchester United pair Bruno Fernandez and Casemiro, as well as James Ward-Prowse. Shearer also named Gabriel in his team of the week, but Redknapp selected Ben White.

"I'm a big fan of Ben White," he said. "He's a modern defender, capable of playing anywhere cross the defence. He's quicker than people realise, and I can see him being a mainstay for club and country over the next few years."
