"Our home is full of love with our three daughters and we couldn’t be happier."
The couple, who tied the knot in 2019, are also parents to daughter Betsy Rose, who is now 15 months, reports the Mirror.
Their first daughter Betsy was named after Cooper's late grandmother Betsy Aldridge-Conrad, who passed away in July 2020.
At the time they shared a statement: "We are overwhelmed with joy to share that our daughter, Betsy Rose Hefner, has arrived.
"We look forward to being home and spending time together as a family in the days and weeks ahead."
"Scarlett and I will be welcoming two new members of the family this spring. We couldn't be happier as we wait on the arrival of our twins,' captioned Cooper, before wishing 'A very Happy Thanksgiving to all!"
He shared, "My grandmother meant the world to both Scarlett and I."
Cooper followed in his dad's footsteps and joined the family business at the age of 21 and later became Playboy Enterprises' chief of global partnerships and the chief creative officer.
When Hugh died at the notorious Playboy Mansion at the age of the age of 91 in September 2017, he made sure all of his children were taken care for.
The mogul left his four children from his first two marriages a huge sum of money each. He also left behind a Hollywood Hills mansion to his third wife Crystal Hefner to make sure she did not miss out, which she sold for $5million two years later.
Since his death, Cooper's late father has come under fire with a number of ex Playboy Bunnies speaking about torrid times with Hef.
