Harry Met Sally star Meg Ryan used to live in this Hamptons home she bought for $13.49 million and sold for $15.25 million with 5 bedrooms, 6,500 sq ft, a pool and multiple fireplaces

Hollywood actor Meg Ryan has officially sold her Hamptons home for $15.25 million, securing the full asking price for the property.

The Harry Met Sally star bought the Hamptons house in 2024 for $13.49 million. She owned the property for less than two years before putting it on the market in May.

Property Sold For Full Asking Price

Ryan managed to sell the home for her entire asking price in less than two months. The sale gives her a significant gain compared with the price she paid for the property in 2024.

The home spans roughly 6,500 square feet and features five bedrooms. It sits on a secluded 1.5-acre lot located around two miles from the ocean.

Home Close To Hamptons Beaches

Located a short drive from the hamlet’s quiet beaches, Meg Ryan’s former home combines privacy with spacious outdoor areas. The property features several wood-burning fireplaces and a “long gated driveway” leading up to the house.

Outside, the property includes a swimming pool along with multiple seating areas, offering plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining.

Spacious Kitchen With Marble Island

Inside the home, the kitchen features a large marble-topped island equipped with a built-in sink and seating for barstools.

The kitchen opens directly into the dining area, which provides access to the outdoor patio, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Meg Ryan’s Longstanding Interest In Real Estate

Ryan’s interest in property has continued during her Hollywood career. Over the years, she has bought and renovated homes in both New York and California.

Among her notable properties was a SoHo loft that was later featured in Architectural Digest. Her various real estate purchases and renovations have increasingly become a notable part of her public profile alongside her acting career.

Broadway Producer Buys The Home

The buyer is a Broadway producer whose family built the Loews conglomerate and co-owns the New York Giants.

His father also owns a larger estate located around half a mile from Ryan's former property.
