Despite rumours of a transfer to Manchester United, Harry Kane's aim is to succeed at Tottenham Hotspur, football.london understands.
Kane has enjoyed yet another productive season in front of goal, netting 15 times in just 20 Premier League outings. However, his teammates haven't reached similar heights, with the usually lethal Son Heung-min scoring just four times in the league.
The Lilywhites' defence has also been sub-par to say the least, conceding 31 times already in the league, more than 14 of the teams in the English top-flight. Recent defeats to Arsenal and Manchester City have been followed by reports linking star striker Kane with a move away from N17 and Erik ten Hag's Manchester United have been mooted as a potential destination.

However, football.london understands that the England captain is focused on helping Spurs get back into the top four and continuing to progress in both the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup. The 29-year-old is now into the final 18 months of his current contract with the north Londoners and whilst there is no rush to resolve his future, he would be open to discussing the right deal if the club were to begin talks.
Kane will be hoping to get his side back to winning ways on Monday evening when they travel to Craven Cottage to take on Marco Silva's Fulham. A win for the home side would see them leapfrog their opponents into fifth place and former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra has predicted the Cottagers to inflict further misery upon Antonio Conte and Co.
Speaking to Betfair, via Metro, Evra said: "Fulham had such a good game against Newcastle last time out. Tactically, the way they were in possession of the ball they looked good and I think they can get a result in this one. Tottenham are in a bad moment right now.
"I just feel like it’s Deja vu. I think Conte knows that he can’t build something in one year, it was a miracle the way he got them in the Champions League, but now it’s a new season. They look hurt and frustrated right now. Conte needs to find that energy and belief again."
Evra's Prediction: Fulham 2-1 Tottenham
