Sky Sports' German colleagues state that the Bundesliga giants will bid €110million (£94.6m) for the Tottenham captain. The fee includes add-ons.
The Spurs and England captain has been the subject of serious interest from the European giants all summer.
They have had numerous offers rejected by the North London club, with Daniel Levy holding out for more than £100m.
Kane, 30, is out of contract next summer and will be free to leave the Premier League side at that point. All of the noises at this stage indicate that he will not agree on another deal.

The teenage striker joins Spurs from Rosario Central on a six-year contract.
The 19-year-old has arrived in North London, subject to all the relevant clearances and work permit approvals.
His deal will run until 2029 and he will wear the number 36 shirt for Spurs.
Prior to his announcement reports had suggested that Veliz would return back to Argentina on loan.
However, he is set to remain in England and will be available to Ange Postecoglou.
