Harry Kane made a major move over the summer, transferring from Tottenham in the Premier League to Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. And in his first game in his new league, Kane made a splash.
On Friday, Kane scored his first Bayern Munich goal in his first Bundesliga game with the team vs. Werder Bremen. It was Kane’s second overall game with Bayern Munich, having already played in the club’s 3–0 German Super Cup loss to RB Leipzig last week.
The goal came at the 74th minute off an assist from veteran Bayern forward Alphonso Davies to extend Bayern Munich’s lead to 2–0.

Kane spent 11 seasons with Tottenham, scoring at least 17 goals in nine straight seasons and 30 goals in a season twice. The veteran also previously spent his entire career playing in England, making the transfer about more than just switching teams.
Bayern Munich won their first game of the Bundesliga season 4–0, starting the season strong as they seek to win a 12th straight league title.
