Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton has labelled Harry Kane as embarrassing after the Tottenham Hotspur star was on the receiving end of a red card challenge from Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure.
The England captain lay on the floor for some time after he was struck in the face by Doucoure, who received his marching orders in the 58th minute at Goodison Park. Following the incident, Sutton took to social media to criticise the 29-year-old for seemingly making the most of the incident.
Writing on Twitter, he said: "Harry Kane staying down like that is embarrassing." Kane eventually shook off the challenge before breaking the deadlock from the penalty spot just 10 minutes later.

Spurs then went down to 10 men as well, with substitute Lucas Moura sent off in the 88th minute following a challenge on Michael Keane, who then scored a last-gasp equaliser - firing a thunderous strike past a helpless Hugo Lloris in the 90th minute.
The result meant the Lillywhites jumped above Manchester United into fourth on goal difference, although Erik ten Hag's side do have two games in hand on the north Londoners.
