Prince Harry makes a series of shocking and upsetting allegations in his highly-anticipated memoir - but he also shares lighter, fun details about his and Meghan Markle's private lives. And while you might think life as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is all glitz and glam, some of it sounds far more familiar than we expected.
Harry talks about watching Family Guy, doing Ali G impressions, drinking alcohol with his mates and kitting out his home with Ikea furniture.
He also opened about Meghan's labour with their first child, Archie, who was born in 2019. The couple were fiercely private about the birth, but Harry has now shared details of what it was like as they waited for their bundle of joy to make his big arrival.
And even thought Meghan gave birth to the couple's first child at The Portland, one of the UK's fanciest private hospitals, Harry still decided to calm his nerves with a Cheeky Nando's.
In an extract seen by The Sun, Harry recalls that Meghan was very calm. However he admits he had a way of "enhancing" his calm - getting his bodyguards to nip out to the nearest Nando's to pick him up a snack.
However, Harry has previously raised eyebrows with his Nando's order and it's far to say that some fans were pretty disappointed in his go-to.
Both Harry and William have spoken about their love of the popular South African chain, and the younger brother was seen making a midnight visit to the restaurant in Fulham Broadway, south west London, in 2013.
Harry, who was 29 at the time, forked out £24.05 on his takeaway dinner for himself and a friend at 11.50pm on a Tuesday night.
Two members of the Prince’s personal security sat patiently behind him while he waited more than 15 minutes for his Portuguese inspired grub to be prepared.
Harry was seen fidgeting with his mobile phone and making animated hand gestures to his mate as the pair killed time to distract themselves from hunger.
A stunned onlooker said: “It was surreal. He was very charming and politely refused a member of staff who approached him for a picture. I was gobsmacked to see him.”
Another witness added: “Moments after he left the restaurant clutching his dinner in a paper bag a member of staff jumped on the bench that Harry was sitting on and shouted: "I’m on the Prince’s throne!’ Nobody could believe what happened.”

However not everyone will be particularly impressed by what the royal ordered from the Nando's menu.
He ordered a pitta with extra cheese and a side of creamy mash, along with a double chicken wrap with chips. He also got a soft drink and bottle of water. But the pitta was lemon and herb, the chain's mildest offering which many people see as a terrible order.
It’s unclear whether Harry – who wore a green polo shirt, denim jeans and a baseball cap partially disguising his face according to a witness - paid full price for the grub or took advantage of the 20 per cent discount the chicken-chain offers to military personnel.
The late night visit wasn’t his first trip to Nandos. He ordered a similar meal in Stevenage in 2009 with a group of Army friends at a branch near their Hertfordshire base.
And Harry isn't the only royal who likes a cheeky Nando's, and his brother Prince William has also spoken about his love for the chicken in the past.
The Duke met the co-founder of the restaurant chain Robert Brozin at an event, and said he loved the food.
Pointing to his protection order, he said: "This man here is your biggest fan, he’s introduced me to Nandos. It’s very good. He should buy a stake in Nandos."
