Harry Goularte is free to change his California residence – and had another major change to his court-ordered bail requirements, a judge ruled Friday.
Goularte, who is accused of child molestation and who was the target of an alleged shooting by former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez, can change his residence to a different county. He also will be allowed to be around minors during the holiday season – provided the minors are family members, and provided other adults are present.
