Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may release their own personal snaps of their children with the late Queen.
A picture was released last Friday of the former monarch surrounded by many of her great-great children to honour what would would have been Her Majesty's 97th birthday, the Mirror reports. However, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet were not included in the family snap which was taken by Kate Middleton.
The image was taken at the Queen's beloved Balmoral home last summer in her final weeks, with Harry and Meghan's children not making an appearance as the couple chose not to travel to the Scottish highlands.
However, Archie did get to reunite with his late great-grandmother while Lilibet met her for the first time when they travelled to the UK last June for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
It was reported that no official photos were snapped on this occasion, however it is believed private family photos might have been taken.
According to The Telegraph, Harry, who will be attending the upcoming Coronation by himself, and Meghan might decide to release their own family photos of their children with their late great-grandmother.
In his bombshell memoir Spare, Harry wrote about his children's final meeting with the Queen as he described how Archie delighted his great-grandmother by trying to bow while Lilibet, who is named after Her Majesty, cuddled her shins.
He wrote: "Sweetest children, Granny said, sounding bemused. She’d expected them to be a bit more … American, I think?" Meanwhile, the photo released last week shows the former monarch on a sofa with the young royals smiling beside their beloved 'Gan Gan'.
On the sofa next to her is her oldest great-grandchild Savannah Phillips, the eldest daughter of Peter Phillips, as well as Mia Tindall who is holding her baby brother Lucas.
Behind them is Lena Tindall, the middle child of Zara and Mike Tindall, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Isla Phillips and Prince Louis. Standing tall at the back are the Queen's youngest grandchildren Lady Louise Windsor and James, the new Earl of Wessex who are the son and daughter of the now Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
In addition to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's absence, the Queen's other great-grandchildren who are missing from the photo are August Brooksbank - the son of Princess Eugenie - and Princess Beatrice's daughter Sienna.
It mirrors another snap taken by Kate years before which features the same children with the Queen as well as the late Prince Philip.
The release of the never-before-seen snap came after King Charles also shared a sweet image of his late mother in a moving tribute on a bittersweet day for the Royal Family.
