Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota governor Tim Walz as her running mate in the 2024 election, according to multiple reports.
Walz, who is in his second term as governor, is also the head of the Democratic Governors Association and has a 12-year history in Congress, serving as a Democrat in a largely conservative district. Voters at large probably know him better, however, as the person who labeled leaders of the modern Republican Party as “weird.”
