Vice President Kamala Harris currently holds a slight advantage over former President Donald Trump in the crucial battleground state of Pennsylvania, as per the latest polling data from the New York Times and Siena College. The survey, which was co-sponsored by the Philadelphia Inquirer, reveals that Harris is favored by 49% of likely voters in Pennsylvania, while Trump garners 45% support when third-party candidates are included in the matchup.

This recent poll marks the second instance of high-quality polling showing Harris with a narrow lead in Pennsylvania. Notably, Harris enjoys strong backing from female voters in the state, with 57% supporting her compared to 39% for Trump. In contrast, among male voters, Trump leads with 52% support versus 41% for Harris. Turning to Arizona, the polling data indicates that Trump is currently ahead with 50% support among likely voters, while Harris trails with 45% support when considering third-party candidates. Despite Harris' significant leads among key Democratic demographics such as younger voters (50% to 40% for voters under 30) and Latino voters (58% for Harris versus 38% for Trump), Trump maintains a wider lead among male voters (56% to 39%) compared to Harris' lead among female voters (51% to 44%).

Furthermore, the surveys also shed light on the Senate races in both states. In Pennsylvania, incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey is leading Republican David McCormick by a margin of 48% to 44% among likely voters. In Arizona, Democrat Ruben Gallego holds a lead over Republican Kari Lake, with 48% support compared to Lake's 41% among likely voters.
