The family of a little dog who became a global sensation due to his incredible balancing antics, are today asking for prayers after he was suddenly paralysed.
Harlso, a Dachshund, who has 1.4million likes on Instagram and half a million social media fans, collapsed last week after suffering a herniated disc leaving his back legs powerless. He has undergone surgery and is now starting a lengthy rehab process in the hope of walking unaided again.
It is the second time Harlso, now eight, has been hit by IVDD, Intervertebral Disc Disease, a medical condition Dachshunds can be susceptible to and his owners hope his story will help raise awareness of the issue for other dog lovers..
