One of the most joyful celebrations, Shardiya Navratri is here. The nine-day-long festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the country. It is dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga, also called Nava Durga, and her different qualities. The festival is also a way to honour women and celebrate their power. Navratri celebrates the victory of good over evil. It is followed by Dussehra and Diwali.
The auspicious festival is observed in the month of Ashwin, as per the Hindu calendar. This year, Navratri starts on September 26 and will end on October 4. This is followed by Dussehra, which will be celebrated on October 5, 2022.
