It's trick or treat time! As the world gathers to celebrate Halloween, we tell you what it actually means. Halloween or Hallowe'en or All Hallows' Eve or All Saints' Eve is actually celebrated on 31 October, on the eve of Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It starts with people observing Allhallowtide or that time of the liturgical year dedicated when one remembers the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the souls that have departed the world. While some seriously observe the day by remembering the departed, most celebrate the day by meeting up, organising Halloween theme parties and exchanging candies and messages. Here are some fun Halloween messages to share with your loved ones.
