Hannah Cain: Tributes paid to ‘generous’ royal GP as husband charged with murder

The family of Dr Hannah Cain, a GP to the royal family, have paid tribute to her as "kind, generous and loving" following her alleged murder.
Her husband, 45-year-old Mark Cain, was arrested after her body was discovered unresponsive at their home near the Sandringham estate on Sunday.
Mark Cain appeared before Norwich Magistrates' Court on Wednesday morning after Dr Cain was found upstairs not breathing.
Known to her patients as Dr Terry, her family expressed great pride in the care she provided throughout her medical career.
Dr Cain's family have requested privacy during this difficult time in a statement released through Norfolk Police.
