The latest addition to Dennistoun amazing culinary offerings is more of the sweet type, with a luxury handmade chocolate shop heading its way.
The bosses behind catering company Pinch of Taste are set to open very shortly a patisserie on Appin Road, ran by head chef Nikolas Zalonis.

The shop will offer a "variety of fresh-made desserts on a daily basis" aiming to "create a stir with local gastronomes", using only organic and best-quality ingredients such as Valrhona Chocolates and products from local suppliers.
Chef Nikolas, who has worked alongside top chef Athanasios Kotsis in a 5-star hotel in Rhodes, aims for the new opening to achieve a coveted michelin star.
He told Glasgow Live: "Pinch of taste will bring a new gastronomic experience in Glasgow in terms of patisserie and desserts."
Pinch of Taste currently specialises in handmade low calorie luxury chocolates and Protein bars, working with Valrhona Chocolate to keep goods as healthy as possible.
And it seems that east enders in Glasgow are more than ready for their new arrival.
