Hamilton Accies have confirmed that midfielder Ellis Brown has left the club.
The 20-year-old, who signed from National League side Boreham Wood in January 2022, made a total of 18 appearances, and last played in the 4-0 Scottish Cup third round win over Lowland League club East Kilbride.
Described by the club as a 'utility player', Brown follows Miko Vertanen out the door, with boss John Rankin saying weeks ago that some players would have to leave before they could bring others in.
A statement issued by Hamilton Accies read: "[Brown] has made 18 appearances for us, but now moves on with our best wishes for the future."
